The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel are exemplary; from the Spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room, down to the library and garden area. the staff service is beyond expectations, private facilities are exclusive and the restaurant offers delicious Buffet breakfast. the location is perfectly situated at the center of downtown, which provides easy access to shops and cafes.

The breakfast banquet at the hotel was a culinary adventure, offering a variety of delights, including Arabian bread pudding and Indian rice cakes. It felt like being on a gastronomic world tour without ever leaving the comfort of my seat. I couldn't resist going for seconds and thirds!

We were initially given a room without the view we had booked, but the staff quickly rectified the situation with an even better room. Great location for sightseeing and enjoying the fountain show.

The guest rooms at Palace Downtown are absolutely stunning. The balconies offer breathtaking views, and the luxury bathrooms make you feel like royalty. As a karaoke and casino fan, the high-tech amenities and 24-hour room service were just perfect.

I personally found the pillow menu a bit overwhelming.

Traveling to Dubai for a restful trip, we were welcomed by Mr. Ahmad, the amazing manager in charge. He ensured a clean and decent room, with a view of the fountains. The hotel's beautiful location near the Dubai Mall and the Fountain was convenient. We loved the dinner reservation in a gazebo next to the swimming pool, with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast and service exceeded our expectations. our stay at Palace Downtown was wonderful.

I stayed for over a week and my stay wouldn't be perfect without the help and service of Mr. Saad. He made my stay convenient, relaxed, and happy. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a perfect bathroom. The buffet restaurant and Argentino restaurant were both fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisine. The staff was perfect and the location was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Lavish Arabian themed decor, breathtaking views of the fountains and Burj Khalifa, front row seats to the fountain shows every 30 minutes, excellent check-in experience with helpful staff like Sonia, complimentary late check-out, and special treats for celebrating our anniversary.

The staff are efficient, friendly, and always on hand to assist. The Thai restaurant offers great food and views of the fountain show in the evenings. a great choice for those visiting downtown Dubai.

I absolutely adored the traditional Arabic feel of the hotel's decor, with its intricate dark-wood furnishings and beautiful mashrabiya panels that reminisce old treasure chests. The ambiance was reminiscent of a magical Arabian oasis, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessible layout of the hotel, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy the stunning views without feeling overwhelmed.
